| AIR TRAVEL – In order to better co-ordinate all aspects of your trip. Fore Seasons Golf Tours is happy to arrange for your air transportation. |
| CADDIES – The approximate cost for caddies is $35 per bag plus tip and they can be requested in advance at most golf clubs. We are happy to request caddies but, as they are independent contractors, neither Fore Seasons Golf Tours nor the golf club can guarantee their availability. Payment is made by the golfer directly to the caddie and therefore is not included in the cost of the tour. |

CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following per person cancellation charges: From the time of booking until 70 days prior to departure – loss of deposit. From 70 to 3 days prior to departure – $250 cancellation fee plus any moneys not refunded by vendors (golf courses, hotels, etc). Less than 3 days prior to departure – no refunds. Unused or partially used tour features are not refundable. Please note: When one or more travelers (but less than the entire group) cancels, it will, more than likely, affect the package price for the remaining members of the group. We recommend trip cancellation insurance. If you would like more information on this, please contact us directly. |
| CAR RENTAL - Drivers must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Unlimited free mileage, local value added taxes, and collision damage waiver insurance are included in the trip cost. Gasoline and personal accident insurance are not included. |
| CARTS - Pull carts are available at most golf courses. Motorized carts are only available on a limited basis at a very few courses and must be requested in advance; however, they cannot be guaranteed. All cart fees must be paid by the golfer directly to the golf club. They are not included in the price of a tour. |
| COURSE SELECTION - All golf is subject to course availability. In the event a particular course is unavailable, a course of equal value will be substituted. The actual sequence of the courses listed in our scheduled tours may also change due to course availability. |
| DOCUMENTS - Upon receipt of full payment and within ten days of departure, travelers will receive a detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents. |
| HANDICAPS - It is suggested that all golfers carry a current handicap certificate. In some cases, certain maximum handicap restrictions apply. |
| INSURANCE - Travel insurance for accident, baggage and trip cancellation protection is recommended. Details and applications are provided upon request. |
| PASSPORT - U.S. citizens are required to have a current passport. |
| PAYMENTS - A $600.00 deposit per person is required to book a tour. Full payment is required 70 days prior to departure. |
| PRICES - All tour costs are provided in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation. |
